Pre/Post Pone Ticket: For the pre/post pone, you will get the Coupon to your mail ID with full amount coupon - Valid for 4 hour(s). Generated coupon can be used for Pre/Postpone within 4 hour(s). Booking fare amount is less than coupon amount then Difference amount of coupon will not be refunded. For Pre/Postponed ticket, cancellable but amount/coupon will not be refunded. For Pre/Postponed ticket, cannot be pre/post poned/ open ticket again. Open Ticket: For open ticket, you will get the Coupon to your mail ID with full amount - Valid for 90 day(s). Generated coupon can be used for next Booking. Booking fare amount is less than coupon amount then Difference amount of coupon will not be refunded. For Open ticket, cancellable but amount will not be refunded. For Open ticket, cannot be pre/post poned/ open ticket again. Cancellation: You can cancel the full Ticket or partial Ticket. Yesterday's Tickets cannot be cancelled.
